Aerating system

Field of application: at any wastewater treatment plant, where fine bubble aerating is necessary, and the fixing to the bottom of the tank is possible.
Advantages of the aerating system:
- Can be installed in an optimum way, because the spacing of grating structure is manufactured with individual configurations.
- It is a simple structure that can be installed easily.
- It can be cleaned easily, while allowing simple operations for eventual replacement of membrane, no breakage of plastic parts is expected.
- It is possible to replace merely the given diffuser during the subsequent overhauling or in case of malfunction.
- When an eventual modification of the aeration technology is made (thickening by diffuser, extension of the system), then the aerating elements can be installed between the heads on the existing grating structures, and the extension can be connected to the original grating structure.
Essential types:
Disk shaped diffusers in sizes 270 mm (9”) and 340 mm (12”), with membrane made of EPDM or silicon materials.
Tube shaped diffusers in length 0.5 m, 0.75 m and 1 m, with the possibility of fixing with thread or clamp.
The grating structure is fixed by leg elements that have various sizes, are adjustable in height, made of corrosion resistant material and are provided with clamps, allowing a thermal expansion movement in horizontal direction.
Designing: if required, we can prepare the grating structure necessary for the aerating, so our offer includes all the other necessary elements (pipes. leg parts, shaped part. flanges, fittings, etc.) in addition to the diffuser.
The aerating system delivered and installed by EBEPLAN Ltd is capable of ensuring efficient and consistent introduction of air (oxygen). A long operating life (8-10 years) can be reached with its use. Its operating life could be extended significantly if the heads are cleaned on a regular basis!
