Mechanical discharge regulators
The HydroSlide flow regulator provides appropriate solution for discharging water from pool parts, sewer sections and from other stormwater discharge faculties. The discharge regulator designed for given flow rate ensures that the water quantity discharged is almost constant (± 5 %). No electric power is necessary for its operation, the varying of cross section is accomplished by the closing plate working with float, which is powered by the hydraulic effect of water.
The designing of discharge controlling equipment takes place according to the quantity of passing water and the maximum level of water in the shaft. Its material could be corrosion resistant steel (1.4301) or acid resistant steel (1.4571). It can be installed at the semi-dry or at the wet side.
The discharge regulators are available in versions having blockage clearing devices. In case of this design the closing plate opens the entire cross section, thus preventing blockage. The operation of closing plate is automatic, although it is possible to open it manually also.
